Job Summary To supervise the operation of Care UK’s Co-ordinators, Co-ordinator Assistants and Operational Navigators within the Coventry & Warwickshire areas. 37.5 hours to include 3 days Admin- 22.5 hrs pw 2 days in out of hours shifts - 15 hrs pw Responsibilities •The efficient and accurate delivery of the Coordination and Navigation functions in Coventry & Warwickshire OOH services. •To manage the recruitment, selection, training and performance management of new Staff •Weekly & monthly meetings with the Senior Operations Manager to discuss current performance, Coordination and Navigation rota. •To assist where necessary in the investigation of complaints received in the service. •To develop, implement and maintain an effective escalation policy. •Problem solving, and trouble-shooting according to the demands of any particular operational situation. •Arranging regular team meetings and keeping records of these meetings. •There may be a requirement to travel to other sites, within Care Uk offices. Other Responsibilities The role is the key interface between management of the service and the delivery of the Call Centres, and Navigation teams. As such it can be a fast moving role with new and varied situations arising every day. There can therefore be no definitive list of responsibilities, and the job holder needs to have an ability to cope under pressure and to have the flexibility and the sharpness of mind to handle situations in the operational environment as they arise.
