Business Development Specialist – part time - Home or Office Based (Taunton)
Our client is the world’s Number One business coaching firm with over 2,000 offices in 70+ countries. Every week they support owners of c. 20,000 businesses to grow their companies and they currently have an exciting opportunity to join a rapid growth business in a home or office based (Taunton) role.
Salary & Commission
•FT equivalent: £25,000+ OTE

Do you have:

•Excellent phone manner and an ability to build rapport quickly
•High level interpersonal, verbal communication and listening skills
•Recent experience in a customer facing/ business development/ tele-marketing role
•Good organisational and IT skills, e.g. CRM, Excel (databases), Microsoft Word and email
•Maths and English GCSE/ O Levels Grade C or above
•A desire to work in a dynamic and fun environment

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the best business development services in the UK. We consistently run unique, interesting and fun marketing campaigns to engage with the local business community. Your role is to follow up with business owners who have been contacted by our campaigns to offer complimentary business health checks and / or places at our Business Growth Workshops. You will have a lot of training, support and guidance to ensure success.
Whilst all candidates will be considered, we feel that this position would suit someone who is experienced/ confident in engaging with business owners.
About the company:
ActionCOACH make Good Businesses into Great Businesses. There are two directors, a Business Manager, a Digital Apprentice plus additional outsourced marketing functions. Further staff will be recruited as the company grows over the next few years.
