Business Development Manager – Salary dependent on experience + uncapped commission – Geneva, Switzerland

Forth Capital have a vacancy in their Geneva office for an energetic Business Development Manager to join their Business Development team. You will be the first point of contact to people who have contacted us concerning our core business of transferring UK pensions for British Expats and former UK residents who have private pension schemes in the United Kingdom.
Your work will be mainly telephone and email-based and you will need to be able to prove that you are able to form effective relationships quickly. You will need to be familiar with using CRM systems and various Office programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and established international Wealth Management company.
The key responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include, but are not limited to:
•Using telephone and email to reach out to potential new clients, whilst also developing and maintaining business with existing clients
•Developing a growth strategy that is focused on both increasing business for Forth Capital and achieving client satisfaction
•Conducting market research that can effectively identify new markets and client needs
•Using CRM systems (Salesforce) to build customer relationships and increase sales

The key skills and qualities of a Business Development Manager:
•Must have some telephone-based experience in a sales related role; experience and/or knowledge in the financial services industry desirable
•Capable of self-management, motivation, time management and disciplined working; data management, data entry and team diary management skills highly desirable
•Experience working in a busy office and used to communicating with other team members in a fast-paced environment
•An understanding of basic sales processes, the internet as a business research tool and MS Office usage essential; familiarity with Salesforce will be advantageous
•Effective, eloquent and personable telephone communication in native English
•A-level standard or equivalent qualifications essential; degree level qualification desirable
