Base Salary from £45k - £55k + Uncapped Commission OTE £70k - £80k+

About the Role of Business Development Manager
Due to expansion this global business is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join the sales team; you'll create and close sales across a portfolio of solutions including subscriptions for their market research and online intelligence, custom research and consulting solutions.
You will be targeting new clients within the Financial / Financial Technology (FinTech) / Banking sectors across EMEA and this will involve a mix of Inside Sales and face to face sales where you’ll provide also web based presentations / face to face presentations for your clients.
You will be working through warm leads and provided with a list of ring fenced accounts who have been identified as potential prospects including some of the worlds leading Retail / Investment Banks to go after. You will also be expected to prospect and develop your own clients.
Any new accounts you win will be yours to maintain, grow and develop and we are therefore looking for an excellent account manager with great business development sales skills. In other words you'll enjoy bringing on new clients and excel at managing and growing your own accounts.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you're a hungry and ambitious sales individual. This would suit if you have a minimum of 5+ Years B 2 B Sales experience and have sold Market Research, Business Information / Business Intelligence or Advisory Solutions to ‘C’ level decision makers.

Your skills and experience:
- Minimum of 3 - 4 Years in B 2 B Sales
- Experience of selling Business Intelligence / Business Information, Market Research or Advisory Services or Solution Sales experience selling into Financial Services / FinTech
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets
- Experience of working in a fast paced sales environment
- Well refined, value based new business sales skills with the ability to map out and develop business within top tier accounts
- Goal orientated, self motivated and results driven
- European languages advantageous but not essential
