Business Development Manager – Software for Education
£50,000 + £30,000 OTE uncapped
Our client is a market leader of school management software solutions to the UK education sector. Established across the U.K and EMEA, they are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to manage a regional territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for all business within this territory; managing and growing existing lucrative accounts, and also generating new revenue and clients through business development. The role is predominantly field based in a territory relevant to the successful candidate's home location. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving an annual revenue target.

• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision makers in schools

• Ability to manage all elements of the sales process; cold calling, presentation, close
• Consultative approach
Any candidate is required to demonstrate success selling a software product into the education sector. Strong technical sales skills are required, and candidates must demonstrate consistent overachievement of targets in previous roles.
