Apple is looking for an outstanding, collaborative and self-driven individual to work on the Business Development – Offers team in WE. The key focus for the role will be to improve existing and build the new reporting and analysis infrastructure for Consumer and B2B offers across the channels. The objective of the role is to provide the necessary analysis on Offers in the market and allow the Management to understand how offers changes impact the business. She/He will need to gather and analyze information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations both internally (Sales Teams). The role is fundamental to understanding the impact of offers to the consumer business, understanding of elasticity of price changes and therefor making recommendations to management and the Business Development team in order to push for strategic offers construct in markets that will drive business. The role will be highly collaborative and will require a deep level of cooperation with different teams such as Carrier/Channel Sales functions in different Country/Regions across EMEIA, Consumer Offers Team worldwide (Business Development), Apple Financial Services, IS&T, External companies that provide Consumer offers Data, Finance, in order to automate the necessary reporting etc. while at the same time having high levels of Senior Management exposure. The candidate will also support Strategic Business Development activities for the B2B channels, helping the B2B lead to follow up on roll out of strategic initiatives such as Leasing roll out in Carrier channels, etc. The candidate will fully own the processes and tasks outlined above and will require to work independently within the iPhone consumer offers team, while holding full accountability for the required outputs. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: −Previous sales reporting and analysis experience required. −Strategic thinking a plus. −General knowledge of European mobile and smartphone markets is a plus. −Deep knowledge of Ms Excel and Keynote required Strong project management and organization skills. Strategic and structured thinking is required in the development new reporting, anaysis. Excellent analytical skills, coupled with high attention to detail. Demonstrates high degree of ownership and accountability Experience managing processes involving cross functional teams, the candidate will have to review his analysis with different sales teams on a regular basis. Ability to influence and work effectively with key cross-functional stakeholders Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced and changing environment Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills (i) Offers analysis (B2B & B2C) •ongoing review of partner device pricing models (DPMs), understanding partner offer strategies and underlying market DPM trends. Develop strong insight into underlying drivers and associated business impact of DPM changes. •ongoing, regular review of specific offer details - W/W, Y/Y, competitor compares etc. Develop deep insight into underlying drivers and associated business impact of offer changes. •partnering with WE Sales, local Offers analysts and Sales on demand generation activity from an Offers perspective - both (a) DG design and (b) impact analysis. (ii) Offers reporting (B2B & B2C) •design and implementation of best-in-class robust reporting mechanism on channel partner offers to enable high quality insight and analysis •leveraging webscraping (external data) to maximise automation •work with IS&T on design of reporting format, KPIs, etc •linkage with finance actuals reporting to drive elasticity analysis •partnering with local Offers analysts to validate reporting accuracy through implementation phase and ongoing (iii) B2B Offers development Strategy Consultancy experience preferred. General knowledge of European mobile and smartphone markets is a plus. Deep knowledge of Excel and Keynote required. Other languages in addition to fluent English are a plus, but not critical.
