What will your role be?
Based in the UK, you will work with sector-leading organisations across a wide array of industry sectors to realise the 3DS vision of value delivery for our clients.
You will be expected to grow and capitalise upon Dassault Systemes (3DS) client relationships, particularly at C-level, and structure concept-to-delivery 3DS engagement, to drive business transformation and value delivery in line with 3DS Value Engagement principles. Define how our clients can achieve success by more effectively leveraging their people, processes in the context of 3DS solutions.
Working closely with Account Executives, Sales, and Services, you will be responsible for guiding and structuring 3DS engagement from concept to delivery:
- develop Executive relationships in partnership with Client Executives and Sales representatives to develop trust and collaboratively identify and realise business transformation opportunities;
- leverage 3DS Value Engagement principles to position and sell 3DS software capabilities and consulting services. Work with Sales, Services, 3DS RD, 3DS Industry groups, and clients to consistently champion and ensure the delivery of the identified business benefits through the customer’s sales engagement and business transformation journey;
- present and defend the value proposition to client executives and other stakeholders throughout the sales and implementation cycle.
Your key success factors
- You need do demonstrate significant professional experience in a business consultant role or similar – showing a track record of engagement relating to the management and improvement of business processes – business transformation – at enterprise-level in manufacturing or in a similar process-oriented operational context.
You need to be able to show us that day-to-day interaction with all levels of management in an enterprise-scale company is the norm for you, and that key relationships with, in particular, C-level customer stakeholders has been an integral part of your professional success up to now.
You need to be able to identify and maintain relationships of trust within a complex network of customers, internal 3DS stakeholders, and within an industry ecosystem.
It is essential that you can demonstrate excellent oral and written communication in English.
Knowledge and experience of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and other aspects of the 3DS product portfolio is advantageous. However, a deep experience with another PLM system, or with enterprise-scale strategic solutions such as SAP – as well as the right mindset – could also fit..
