My client in the HE sector requires an experienced Business Change Manager to join their team on an initial 6-month contract to provide change management and communication expertise to a system implementation project.
The successful contractor will have demonstrable experience in the creation and delivery of comms strategy and plans. The right Business Change Manager will have strong stakeholder analysis and communication management skills. My client requires a contractor who can influence key stakeholders and customers positively.
Prior experience successfully contracting in the Higher Education sector is essential for this role.
