Bookkeeper / Credit Controller
Salary: Competitive, DOE
Hours: Part time – 12 hours per week
Our client is a well-established and respected manufacturer of aluminium building products such as rainscreen systems, rainwater disposal systems and architectural fabrications. In line with their continued growth, our client is currently looking for a Bookkeeper / Credit Controller who will support their bookkeeping, VAT return and monthly reporting services.
•Raising customer invoices
•Inputting supplier invoices
•Chasing up overdue customer payments
•Managing supplier payments
•Managing credit limits
•Preparing monthly management accounts
•Liaising with HMRC
•Maintaining Sales/Purchase ledgers
The Ideal Candidate:
•Previous experience in a similar role
•Experience of bookkeeping within a manufacturing environment would be beneficial
•IT literate, with a working knowledge of Sage 50
•Highly organised individual with excellent time management skills
•Excellent written and oral communication skills required
•Attention to detail
•Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
