About the role
This brand new role sits within our Global Operations team. If successful, you will be seen as the ‘go-to’ person for all in-life billing processes, issues and queries. The font of all knowledge in the billings space. In addition, you will be tasked with taking a microscope and scalpel to our current billing processes, looking at problem areas in terms of inefficiency and customer pain and working with other business areas, come up with and implement timely and robust solutions.
Day to day duties will be plentiful and varied and will include investigating and resolving issues raised by customers and suggesting process changes and so driving continuous improvement to supporting new product launches, being responsible for the inevitable process redesign and platform changes. You will also be expected to understand and support the Arval Digital Roadmap, able and willing to highlight the billing elements and be seen as the source of ‘best practice’ advice to the UK and Europe. Bringing internal stakeholders on the journey and having our customers in the forefront of your mind at all times will help guarantee your success.
You will be joining at an exciting time in our sector as technological advancements in electric vehicles are capturing huge interest and retail consumers are playing an ever increasing part in our business success. With COVID forcing people to rethink how and when they need to travel, as mobility specialists we are re-assessing our products to support all customers and come up with new solutions.
