You are the captain of your team, the friend who organises lunches or dinners, the ‘bossy boots’ of the family and you can be relied on to keep an eye on everyone. You are a natural leader and love to help people develop into the best they can be.

This is you, and we want you to work with us within the fast paced hospitality areas at Wembley Stadium. We need your motivation, driven direction and logical steady approach to any given situation. If have worked as a bar team leader, supervisor or manager in a similar fast paced operation, are flexible and have strong leadership skills and the ability to train with the support of standard operating procedures we need to hear from you! A typical day for a Bar Supervisor or Manager involves ensuring the bar is fully stocked for the event, ensuring all bar equipment is set and ready to be used, briefing the bar team on the days operation and overseeing the service delivery. 

These positions are based on a variable worker agreement therefore no hours are guaranteed however we would like you to be able to commit to at least 90% of the 2018 Wembley Calendar or remaining Arsenal FC fixutres (full list of confirmed events for Wembley can be found at www.wembleystadium.com ). Most events at both sites are weekday evenings or weekends.  

This is a variable position to support event day business and the ideal candidates will be available to work the core events of the Wembley Calendar, which are the most high profile events where all Hospitality areas are open.Candidates should only apply if they can work on these weekend and evening events - a full list will be provided at interview stage.

In return for loyalty we pay an attractive rate of pay from £10.56 per hour for Supervisors and from £14.49 per hour for Managers.
