We are currently recruiting an experienced junior-level associate based in London with the capability to service a range of contentious banking, finance and insolvency-related matters. Examples of the type of work that the team has recently handled and is handling at the moment include derivatives close-out disputes, corporate trustee, corporate service provider and agency disputes, allegations of professional negligence arising out of capital markets transactions, Islamic finance/structured finance defaults, commodity and trade finance disputes, civil fraud claims, insolvency investigations and insolvency litigation. The team also generally advises clients and colleagues in transactional teams on a wide range of problems of interpretation of complex banking documentation.
