Watcombe Circus is a Registered Care Home providing person centred support for adults with a learning disability. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated Bank Care Assistants who are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and can demonstrate our values. The role is varied and includes support with personal care needs, supporting activities, domestic duties, manual handling and emotional support. A willingness to learn and a desire to support people to live happy, fulfilled and independent lives is essential. Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. On-going training and career progression opportunities are also available throughout the organisation. The project is staffed 24 hours a day so the successful candidate will have a variety of shift options open to them over a 24 hour period including weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins; a 33% bonus is paid for waking nights and double time paid for Christmas and New Year shifts.
