An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated Workforce skills Department team at City College Southampton.
The Workforce Skills team are looking for an outstanding candidate to help support the delivery of Electrical courses, specifically the 18th edition, to part time Adult students
The successful candidate will be passionate about their industry whilst also having the ambition of passing on their knowledge A background in teaching and learning would be advantageous although someone coming from industry with the ambition of becoming an outstanding teacher will also be considered.
Working from our St Mary’s site, as well as employers premises your role will focus primarily on delivering high quality teaching and training.
You will be able to work as part of the team or individually and have good interpersonal skills.

The hourly rate as advertised is a range within the band and your appointment will be based upon your skills, experience and qualifications. Hours of work for this role are flexible and not guaranteed. You are free to accept or decline offers of work and the Corporation is under no obligation to offer you engagements or re-engagement. The hourly rate includes an enhancement for annual leave and lesson preparation / marking.
