Norton Rose Fulbright has a leading finance group, with a particularly strong project finance team.  Our project finance team is now one of the largest in the world following the market defining merger with Chadbourne and Parke, and is a Tier 1 practice. This is an opportunity to join our Energy, Infrastructure and Natural Resources team in London and work for a practice group servicing and targeting energy and infrastructure work, predominantly in the emerging markets.  The team is always busy and has a great track record of promotion to partner.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced, finance lawyer from a leading city law firm.

Skills and Experience Required

In order to adapt to the rapidly evolving and turbulent financial markets the team needs qualified lawyers with excellent finance experience, who are able to work with clients requiring innovative ways of financing. We are looking for candidates with the following:

• Experience at a leading law firm with exposure to project and/or other structured/complex finance work
• A keen interest in emerging market work
• Ability to manage transactions and client relationships
• Competitive nature and driven to be the best
• A team player
