Your role As the friendly face of our Trade Counter, you’ll take great pride in meeting the needs of our customers and providing a service with a smile – no matter how busy you are. You’ll also make a difference both front of house and in the warehouse, stocking shelves and putting orders together to help our customers get the job done. Screwfix skills While you’ll benefit from some experience of retail, sales, cash handling or stock management perhaps gained as a Retail Assistant – it’s not essential. There will always be someone on hand to help. It’s your positive attitude we’re looking for.
