This role provides an excellent opportunity for the post holder to develop their knowledge and experience of Asset Management in a large and dynamic organisation with a social purpose. Reporting to the Building Services Manager, this role will offer the post holder the opportunity to join the newly formed role, within the Energy and Building Services department. Joining the business at an exciting period of change as we seek to transform our operations, invest more in our existing homes and grow by building new homes.
As a dynamic, solution focused coordinator, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders and colleagues to maintain and apply Mechanical and Electrical Asset Management systems. You will create our asset management system as well as develop the system to work with our frontline staff and contractors.
There will be a mixture of existing and new assets being delivered by our Development divisions. We will be looking to develop the service delivery model to condition based and predictive management. You will be highly motivated and enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute to embedding Asset Management Information in operational decision making.
Technical knowledge of Asset Management
Analytical skills - including the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets and distinguish key facts, trends, risks and opportunities

Time management skills - including the ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Advanced Excel skills - including the relevant equations and tools to link, manipulate, and interrogate large, complex data-sets
