We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprenticeships Telesales Executive to join the apprenticeship team at Kidderminster College, to take on a fixed-term project.
The post holder will predominantly contact prospective employers to generate leads for Apprenticeship recruitment via cold calling and emailing. The ability to build good rapport over the telephone and by email is an essential requirement for this role.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of cold calling and will be able to demonstrate that they are motivated and enthusiastic. Experience of working in a fast paced, results oriented environment is vital. Demonstrating a sound knowledge of apprenticeships and/or work-based training would be advantageous.
Grade 4 (C) or above in English and Maths is required for this role, as is the ability to demonstrate proficiency in the use of IT.Experience of working with CRM systems would be desirable.
