This post is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with recent and relevant experience to join the apprenticeship team.
This role is a great opportunity for someone with the right experience and ability to provide administrative support to the apprenticeship team based within the Trust. We are a highly motivated team and pride ourselves on developing and delivering high quality training opportunities for new and current employees.
Some of the day to Day Duties include:
• Producing and maintaining apprenticeship learner tracking
• Working with the Apprenticeship Programme Leads to sustain accurate ongoing information
• Actively supporting the development of large databases to collate accurate training records for learners
• Liaising with programme leads as directed to maintain full and accurate records of educational delivery
The successful applicant will share our enthusiasm and maintain good links with apprentices, line managers, educators and associated external partners. As well as being part of a team you must have the ability to work on your own initiative, prioritise your workload and manage time sensitive caseloads is essential.
This post requires a flexible approach to working as some out of hours working may be required occasionally.

If you are successful in obtaining a position with our Trust which involves working with patients, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Check. As a registered body with the DBS, Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust will conduct the administration of this application on your behalf and the cost will be recovered from your salary, either as a one-off payment or over 3 months. Currently the charges made by the Disclosure and Barring Service are - Standard DBS check £30.20 and Enhanced DBS check £48.20. The level of check required depends on the role that you have been offered.
