Location: Chiswick Park This role will be focused on Unisys's third-party advisor (TPA) program and implementing the program plan and expanding the program across the UK and Europe. The objective is to develop a leading-edge, world-class function to build new relationships and expand current ones with sourcing advisors to generate qualified opportunities for Unisys and encourage more coverage for our company given our growth and strategic plans. Responsible for executing and managing Unisys's analyst relations with key industry influencers by increasing the company's visibility, interaction and influence with a diverse analyst community. The role is a mix of internal and external analyst relations activities that include developing strong relationships with key IT and industry analysts that are influencing buying decisions in the Unisys market. These include such firms as Gartner, Forrester, IDC and others. Role Purpose Recognised subject matter expert who establishes and implements a program to navigate the third party advisor (TPA) landscape, provide ready access to advisor firms, and build strong relationships with key individual advisors with the objectives of ensuring: Unisys capabilities and successes are fully and accurately understood by the advisor community; all opportunities brokered by TPAs of interest to Unisys are known to Unisys sales early in the sales cycle; Unisys is routinely included among recommended service providers invited to bid for these opportunities; and a direct link between the advisor and Unisys sales lead is maintained during a pursuit. In addition, this individual will alert Unisys of important new areas of interest by the TPA community, report competitive intelligence as appropriate, and maintain knowledge of the TPA industry, alerting Unisys to trends and developments that affect Unisys's competitiveness and standing in the community and the effectiveness of its TPA program. To implement a program to navigate the Third Party Advisor (TPA) landscape, provide ready access to advisor firms, and build, manage and nurture strong relationships with key individual advisors with the objectives of ensuring: Unisys capabilities and successes are fully and accurately understood by the advisor community. All opportunities brokered by TPAs of interest to Unisys are known to Unisys sales early in the sales cycle. Unisys is routinely included among recommended vendors invited to bid for these opportunities. Direct link between the advisor and Unisys sales lead is maintained during a pursuit. Provide confidential back-channel for both sourcing advisor and Unisys during and after pursuit. Develop and manage strong relationships with key analysts in both the IT and industry segments for Unisys's market. Execute briefings and inquiries with relevant analysts and company spokespersons to ensure ongoing engagement and to affect positive opinions of Unisys, its market strategies, solutions and services with the analysts. Increase Unisys's inclusion in analyst research reports, market perspectives, market share data and industry event presentations, where applicable. Assist subject matter experts/spokespersons in preparing content that is tailored for that analyst audience. Regularly assess feasibility and value of analyst involvement in go-to-market offerings. Work with the corporate level Global Director to support integrated program planning for the TPA community. Provide integrated messaging for key strategic aspects of solutions, service lines, or overall marketing and business strategy, with a global market or multi-theater focus. Act as a recognized SME in collaboration with marketing managers in Strategy & Planning, Solutions & Services Management, Market Management and Sales to determine key messages and to develop plans for effective delivery of key messages to target audiences. Key Responsibilities/Outcomes Devises strategy and plan to develop TPAs as a major source of highly qualified leads for Unisys's offerings. Provides leadership to the functions and individuals in Unisys that are required to develop effective relationships with the TPA community; influences and leverages these to cost-effectively execute program. Communicates corporate/BU strategies and key messages to enroll, influence, and engage TPAs in our marketing initiatives and to support market development and sales objectives. Provides feedback to other functional marketing and sales teams based on 1:1 dialogs and participation in other constituencies' forums. This Subject Matter Expert contributes through his/her specialty expertise to execute the organization's direction, and applies and broadens skills in his/her specialty. Qualifications Key Qualifications Experience in the TPA industry or as a TPA relations manager for a vendor, or working in the ITO (information technology outsourcing) industry with focus on building relations with TPA organizations. Has broad network of current TPA contacts in the IT outsourcing space. Possesses domain expertise; global industry or specificindustry and client business knowledge required to perform the job. Has the critical product and technical knowledge required to perform the job.
