The Office Support division of SF Group are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator on a 12 week temporary basis who will sit within the procurement and supply chain team.
The role will include supporting the team with any administration duties.
•Inputting information onto internal database
•Dealing with any systems enquires
•Supporting the team with scanning documentation onto the system and uploading into relevant documents
•Answering incoming calls
•Resolving invoices queries
The successful candidate will have strong Excel skills and SAP experience.
Working hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm
