Our client, St Joseph’s Specialist Trust is looking for are looking for an approachable, motivated and adaptable person to join their business and administration team. You will provide administrative support to the Executive Principal and be jointly responsible for producing of their fortnightly newsletter. You must be able to work efficiently and to tight timescales.
In addition, the role comprises a variety of general duties including receiving and directing telephone enquiries, organising meetings, notetaking and supporting the receptionist at busy times.
St Joseph’s Specialist Trust is a Special School, College and Children’s Home. They have 300 staff contributing to the delivery of a positive influence on the lives of children, young people and adults with special needs. Their 70 students are aged 5 to 19 years old and have needs that include autism, language and communication disorders and moderate to complex learning difficulties.
You will need to be confident at communicating with staff of all levels and must have empathy for the needs of the students.
*This role is term time only plus 5 working days to be worked during school holidays. Hours are 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday 8:30 – 4:00 on a Friday.
