A leading technology firm within the area of Thame, Oxfordshire are looking for an Administrator to work closely with the HR team and Directors and provide administrative support to the wider company. The successful candidate will be aiding the success of the overall Business Plan by contributing to activities such as the recruitment drive and policy implementation. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has experience within a clerical role and is open to opportunity to expand their knowledge within HR and make an impact upon an expanding company.
Support with the implementation of HR strategy.
Provide support to reception, site administration and directors.
Support the HR Manager with recruitment.
Maintenance of staff training.
- Overall support of the HR director.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills e.g. Word/Powerpoint/Excel/Office
Previous role dealing with similar responsibilities e.g. administration, diary management, email management.
- It would be desirable to have some exposure to HR but not imperative.
Good organisational and communication skills.
£20,000.00 - £22,000.00 per year
