Reporting into the Management Accountant the accounts assistant will have the following duties:
Validation of internal information (check all purchase invoices with proof of deliveries, purchase order and quotations)
Collaborating and building relationships with operations and day to day liaison with site managers to enable smooth functioning of costing process
Maintaining company's purchase ledger on accounts system.
Ensuring that the VAT element of the invoice is correctly recorded.
Generating reports for stock, sales, aged debt etc.
Responsible for the preparation and presentation of weekly/monthly accounts
