- Process purchase invoices and credit notes.
- Matching, coding and batching invoices.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Handling supplier queries in a timely manner.
- Intercompany reconciliations during month end.
- Assisting with month end duties e.g prepayments and accruals.
- Previous experience of finance.
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Strong excel skills - v look ups and pivot tables.
