Hours: Part/Full time available
Our client is a charitable organisation whose core aim is to facilitate independent living for the elderly.
They are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their friendly team.
The role can be part time or full time dependent on the candidate’s availability.
•Raising sales invoices
•Posting receipts to sales ledger and allocating accordingly
•Answering telephone calls
•Recording supplier’s invoices on purchase ledger
•Running creditors reports and preparing suppliers payments schedule
•Assisting auditors with the preparation of financial statements at year end
•Ordering of stationary, paper, print cartridges etc.
•Processing new applications
•Monitoring Cash Flow and producing reports
•Preparing information for our Accountant for the end of year Tax Return
•Administration duties to support the operation of the office
The Ideal Candidate:
•Experience in a similar role is essential
•Highly organised with an excellent standard of bookkeeping
•Experienced with Sage Accounting
•Microsoft Word and Excel essential
