What you will do
An exciting opportunity has become available as a Sales Manager within our Commercial Suppression and Water Mist business. The role will be responsible for the Southern region of the UK and report directly into the Head of Sales for UK & Nordics. In a team of sales professionals, the role is responsible for targeted sales revenue, margin and managing assigned relationships. You will also be expected to drive demand for our product portfolio in the market with key consultants and influencers.
How you will do it
Proactively manage defined external and internal accounts buying Gas Suppression & Watermist products via the established customer tier strategy. Influence the market place and consultants/specifiers in order to get our products specified. Driving technical sales.
Visiting customers, approaching prospects, following up projects and leads and maximizing sales and profit by working in partnership with key business functions (e.g. business development, pricing, inside sales and manufacturing), to deliver for your customers.
Arrange and attend internal and external trainings for products and systems.
Responsible for price lists dissemination to customers.
Responsible for ensuring product range and delivery are in accordance with local market expectations.
What we look for
Proven experience of Gas Suppression and/or Watermist products.
Extensive experience of the Fire & Security sector - routes to market, project life cycles etc.
Excellent verbal and written English
Self motivated to drive activity levels and opportunity management.
Technical Degree in Engineering related field or equivalent.
