We are looking for an experienced marketer for an exciting Account Management position for a leading retail loyalty agency.
You will be working for an award winning business in the marketing remit, focusing on retail customers. You’ll be a key point of contact for your clients and responsible for developing successful campaigns. This is all about generating customer loyalty through the use of retail insights.
- Developing proposals to the client brief
- Excellent client relationship management – identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions
- Working onsite with the client
- Coordinate effective campaign analysis for market data
- Working with the Account Director to meet business and client objectives
- Achieve objectives to hit key KPIs
- Manage customer expectations and build relationships
