This unique opportunity will see you develop and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key partners.
To help you achieve this, we will provide you with a mobile phone, a laptop and a company car allowance*.
This opportunity offers a permanent contract and you’ll only work 35 hours per week.
This role is location independent meaning you can work from any location in the UK.

What you will be doing
This is your own business area to shape, develop and nurture.
You’ll establish and develop a strong working relationship with existing affinities and corporate partners. Your superb attention to detail will see you understand in its entirety, the nature of a partner’s business, it’s market place, ambition and the extent and potential of our relationship. Your findings will help you to further develop relationships and seek new opportunities. As a Champion of your business area, you’ll implement a programme of continual improvement involving planning and implementation of tactical initiatives. In addition to this, you’ll manage Partner remuneration packages and general terms of business. It is crucial that you demonstrate a willingness to solve problems and initiate solutions.You’ll play a key part in ensuring revenue and profitability targets are achieved and as part of your role, you’ll build and deliver continual training and support programmes for partners. Your insights will assist your line manager, Partnership Development Manager in the strategic planning and message to both partners and AXA stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?
To feel comfortable in this role, you’ll need proven relationship management and negotiating experience and a thorough understanding of commercial insurance products.
Further, as part of AXA Insurances’ pursuit toward excellence, it is an expectation that you will achieve a Certificate in Insurance qualification within 2 years of starting your role with us if you do not already hold this qualification.
In addition to the above, you’ll need experience in formulating short, medium and long-term business plans and understand market changes. Further, a sound understanding of financial planning and monitoring of deals is essential for this role. We’re looking for a high motivated individual with the ability to lead as a champion / expert in their designated business area.
