Role: Being able to tell people you are currently working on one of the most complex and challenging systems integration programmes within the charity sector would make anyone proud. That the programme is at the start of its journey meaning you will have a direct and meaningful impact on the success of the programme will make that a fairly unique story to add to your CV. The client needs a strong leader with the ability to provide leadership, manage internal and external relationships and be proactive in all your efforts.
As an experienced systems integration manager you will be the single point of contact across the newly formed business. You will be responsible for all aspects of a solution lead approach to integration working closely with internal application and infrastructure teams, as well as third party suppliers. Your communication style with senior business stakeholders will instil confidence in your approach with an ability to get the best from matrix teams you will engage with across the business.
Technically you will have a reassuring understanding of CRM, Cloud and Microsoft platform technology. In addition, you will have a background that demonstrates your skills and experience of working within a complex and challenging environment to deliver long term merged system success. Above all you will put the business needs first in the delivery of technical solutions.

Salary: £74K Base + benefits
