Outlook Care has an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join the team based in Pimlico.
Hours of work: Full time opportunities available (37.5 hours per week).
You must be able to work flexibly covering early and late shifts, sleep ins, some weekends and bank holidays.
Salary: £16,520 per annum (pro-rata for part-time, hourly rate £8.47). Sleep ins paid at £35.00.

We are looking for a Support Worker to support four individuals with learning disabilities in all aspects of daily living, including personal care to supporting them in leisure, education and social activities. You will enable service users to express their rights, choices and aspirations. You will also ensure that the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care’s policies, procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.
Experience is desirable; applications also welcomed from individuals with transferable skills. You need to be a great team player, motivated, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships. Excellent listening and communication skills are essential. As our Support Worker, you will also need to be able to demonstrate a good standard of written, verbal and numeracy skills, as well as good basic IT skills.
Alderney Street – located in Pimlico is about a 10-minute walk from Victoria Station. Our home is a Supported Living service catering for up to four people, both men and women. Our home is on five floors with a staircase and lift. We have ramped access to the home and the home is accessible to wheelchair users. We enable and support our residents to engage in various recreational activities by creating a social and homely atmosphere.
