Our client is run some of the UK's largest and leading leisure management operators. They are current going through a period of sustained development and are looking to recruit for the key position of a membership executive to join their successful sales team.
To promote the company vision, values, and beliefs, to deliver the organisations Sales strategy that enables the site to achieve its sales and data KPI’s while capitalising on great customer service
MEASURE OF SUCCESS:
You will be measured on achieving fitness units and revenue and swimming lesson units. Data volume and quality targets. The company member journey process including 1-2-1 bookings, My applications and other sales operational process.
Key Result Areas:
1.To proactively promote the consistent application of the ompany sales process.
2.To manage your own sales KPI’s and ensure that they keep their site over any agreed target.
3.To manage and maintain your member database
4.To continuously action the administration ofprospecting process on mrm
5.To work with the GM and manage the marketing requests and the promotional items for the site and ensure a workable marketing plan is available at all times.
6.To ensure all sales colleagues are fully trained with regular reviews.
7.Other tasks reasonably requested by the Contract Sales Manager(CSM)/ General Manager
