Our client is a fast-growing and innovative Telecoms & IT solutions provider. The company is expanding, has an excellent story to tell and specialises in Hosted Telephony, Data, Cloud and Telephony solutions.
Due to continued success there is now a requirement for a Senior Billing Manager to join the team based at their Birmingham office (the client would consider paying relocation expenses if required). This is a new, key position within the organisation and a great career opportunity. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping the company take its Billing department and proccesses to the next level as it continues to expand via aquisition.
Senior Billing Manager
A professional Billing Manager with demonstrable experience in the Telco/UC billing sector required to manage an existing team of 4, ideally having had Union Street "Abillity" exposure.
Able to scale up with the business to revenues of c£50m per annum.
Would suit someone who has perhaps developed from a technical and/or project management background.
Reporting directly to the FD.
* ongoing management of an existing team to upper quartile performance levels
* attention to detail and clinical accuracy in billing / right first time
* professional and mature approach with friendly, accommodating disposition but good leadership skills
*timeliness of consistently, delivering to agreed date plans in a highly organised fashion
*query resolution including with large customers and Partners
*acquisition integration of different billing platforms
*implementation of a new billing application
*able to set project plans and time lines with clear, key deliverables
* interface with Operations, people and applications (via API interfaces)
* team player within Group Finance function
*develop billing service as a full outsource for existing and new customers
