Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager/ Account Director to join them on a fixed term contract basis for 12months. The successful candidate will have proven Agency account management experience and strong people management skills. You will be managing their IBM and Avios accounts and will need to hit the ground running in a busy team.
What You'll Do
Managing key client accounts with the B2B Team
Match client's needs against recommendations and clearly sell those benefits, through understanding and co-ordinating background research
Strategy and response to briefs
Business Development - growing the client portfolio, through highlighting any 3rd party risks, cross-selling services and building strong relationships
Managing a small team of three
The role will require some travel to client sites and company Offices
What You'll Bring
- Senior Account Management or Account Director experience, within an Agency environment
- A solid digital background
- Experience with interrogating briefs and pulling together client facing proposals
- Solid account management skills and experience with managing people
- Client facing approach
- Hard working ethos and a genuine passion for what they do
