About the Role
As an Autohorn Fleet Services Sales Executive you will be based in our friendly York office. You’ll be mainly responsible for handling and converting incoming sales leads from our Clear Car Leasing website and converting existing customer contract renewals.
This role would suit a confident, driven individual with a professional telephone manner. Experience in the automotive industry within ‘contract hire’ is necessary. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, a great communicator and with natural sales ability.
Efficiently dealing with incoming telephone and website enquiries
Following the company lead process to ensure each lead is processed correctly
Managing daily sales tasks
Striving to meet individual and group targets
Strong communication and influencing skills
Experience with contract hire and leasing
Self-motivated with a pro-active approach
The ability to work in a team and independently
A high level of accuracy and the ability to multi-task
The ability to listen and understand the customer in order to provide the best service
You will be employed on a full time basis to work shifts between the hours of 08.00-18.00 hours. There is a requirement to work one Saturday in five but you will receive time off in lieu for this. You’ll benefit from excellent working conditions including full training and support, a pension and private healthcare. Basic salary £20,880 with bonus
