Key Responsibilities:

•             Proactively engaging with customers on the telephone to understand their requirements and 

              identify new business opportunities.

•             Make use of a variety of support and techniques to your disposal

•             Maintain and develop relationships to ensure continuous business

•             Ensure that company systems are used correctly to maxims efficiency

Skills and Experience required:

•             Proven experience in a pro-active telesales role is a must.

•             Great communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence.

•             A positive, friendly and confident attitude.

•             Ambitious and driven, a self-starter comfortable working to targets.

•             Good IT skills - you’ll need to know your way around Word, Excel and Outlook.
