The Commercial Division of SF Group are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist paying £8.50ph. The hours will be 8.30am - 5.30pm and you will be required to support throughout the business. The role is to start as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for:
• Answering the phone and using the switchboard to transfer calls to appropriate departments
• Greeting clients, customers and general public
• Distributing post around the office and collecting any post to go
• Making tea and coffee
• Ordering lunch for board meetings
• Organising meeting rooms and ensuring they run to schedule
To be successful you must have:
• Microsoft Office computer skills
• Friendly and professional manner
• Switchboard experience
• Experience as a Receptionist
