Project Manager – Banking Risk and Security. (5 Positions)

As part of our Swedish Clients Expansion plans my clients are seeking to grow their Financial Services team with proficient Project Managers whose responsibilities will include:
Delivering Senior Programme and Project Management solutions to our blue-chip client base, across all facets of the Financial Services industry
Taking a flexible approach to your work, changing your approach as required, and remaining
pragmatic, on client site teams could comprise of a mix of consultants, client employees, other consultancies and third parties.
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at a senior level, dependent on the nature of your role, this could be formalised into a target as part of your development.
Being adaptable and approaching any task or situation with confidence
Contributing to the wider FS practice global development e.g. market intelligence
This role reports to the Head of Financial Services and requires candidates to be flexible with regards to travel within Sweden.
Required skills and Experience
We are looking for talented, dynamic and experienced consulting professionals with a proven ability to lead project, Programme, portfolio management and business transformation services.
You will have:
Previous consultancy experience in industries covering private and blue-chip organisations, ideally within FS
A track record in delivering Agile projects
IPMA, PPS, PRINCE Certification essential
End-to-end software delivery and development and project management experience, within Financial Service or Blue-Chip Companies Ideal
Experience of banking regulation and risk, and IT project management would be advantageous
Strong knowledge and understanding of key trends and industry drivers within the FS industry, ideally Market Risk IT
Successful experience shaping and leading complex projects
Strong background in stakeholder management
A strong track record of business development activities and an established network ideally within FS
Experience leading complex programmes through delivery to successful conclusion
A proven ability to either support or lead sales meetings and shape solutions
Strong commercial acumen, coupled with the ability to work effectively in a non-hierarchical environment with excellent stakeholder management both internal and external
Established relationships and credentials ideally within the FS sector, you’ll be able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
A track record assembling, managing, coaching and developing teams ideal but not essential.
