An exciting opportunity not to be missed! Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) is looking for a Procurement & Contracts Manager to join our team based in Cheltenham. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a highly competitive salary of £35,600 - £47,000 per annum!

The Procurement & Contracts Manager Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Procurement & Contracts Manager to take responsibility for all company procurement activities of both product and services.
As our Procurement & Contracts Manager you will be responsible for driving cost savings across the business through use of sustainable procurement practices, while managing business relationships with suppliers, including implementing supplier relationship management techniques. You will work closely with project teams to ensure sub-contractors deliver in line with project requirements and have access to our in-house legal Counsel.
Essential skills & experience of our Procurement & Contracts Manager
- Ability to deal with complex situations and effectively influence senior stakeholders
- Competent contract negotiator with the ability to refine contract agreements and approve terms and conditions liaising with the legal team or external advisors where necessary ensuring that commercial objective is always the primary concern.
- Ability to build strong relationships with experience in driving multi-functional teams and delivering to tight deadlines
- Strong relationship management and negotiations skills with the ability to lead and influence key stakeholders and suppliers
