We are looking for a flexible and highly organised part-time Personal Assistant to provide effective administrative and secretarial support to the Patient & Family Services Directorate This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated professionals and experts that truly are some of the best in their field.
You will need to be highly organised, pro-active and able to balance a busy workload with changing priorities. RSA 3 or equivalent typing skills are required and some knowledge of medical terminology would be advantageous. Proven interpersonal, IT and communication skills as well as initiative, attention to detail and multi-tasking are all essential requirements for this role.

- Good Education at GCSE Level
- Fluency in the use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good confident telephone manner

- Experience of using a database
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience as a medical secretary
