We are currently recruitingtwo Insurance PA / Secretaries who will join and provide support to the Executive Marine, Energy & Construction Insurance team of a leading Lloyd's Insurance Broking House. Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance sector is a requirement to ensure familiarity with processes and terminology.
Specific responsibilities will include:-
Organising meetings, booking rooms, catering and the preparation of relevant material in advance of meetings
Organising local and international travel arrangements, including visa requirements, insurance arrangements and the preparation of travel itineraries
Producing a wide variety of documentation using appropriate software packages, including reports, presentations, letters and spreadsheets.
Maintain and develop relationships with an appropriate group of preferred suppliers in each area of activity - Negotiate with suppliers to provide best balance of quality, service and price
Process invoices, check and reconciles expenses for the management team
