We are looking for an Online Conversion Manager to join our team and support the fast growth of our European omnichannel business. In this role you will manage the delivery of the commercial plan online and drive success by delivering a best in class customer experience and bringing the treasure hunt to life online.
To be successful in this role, you will have had at least 3 years' experience in a market-leading online retail business and have a digital / web trading background. You will have facilitated preparations for launching new products to website and have a great understanding of customer experience, content planning, managing creative briefs and web analytics. Work with Buying & Merchandising teams to create commercial trading plans for all product types within assigned product categories and manage priority messaging across the site. You will own and deliver the online commercial activity calendar to engage our customers and drive product category performance.Utilise analytic reports, surface trends and themes in the data and offer insight & recommendations to improve conversion through journey and usability enhancements (including reduction of browse & basket abandonment rates). You will use insight on customer behaviour and category performance to influence marketing Centres of Excellence, Buying & Merchandising teams and senior management to drive continuous improvement and realisation of ecommerce business goals.
You will retain a strong market and customer focus in all activity. Leverage an understanding of the marketplace (including competition and our position in the market as an off-price retailer) in order to deliver a unique and effective message. You will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of web analytic tools including GA Premium and has experience using content management systems.
