Office Administrator (Permanent)
Salary: £20k +
40 hours per week
You will be welcomed into a modern office space with free allocated parking. Our office location is at our production bakery, which will provide you with opportunities to be involved in diverse and wide ranging job roles.
Wenzel's is a traditional bakery with a modern outlook. You will be joining the admin team which is the organisational hub of the business. From our offices the route planning of our vans, production levels and sheets are organised, HR, shop liaison, maintenance of shop and bakery as well as many other aspects of the business are controlled, and this role may offer future progression into one or many of these areas.
Responsibilities of the Office Administrator role will include:
• Reception duties
• Liaising directly with our retail stores
• Dealing with customer queries with high levels of customer service
• General data input
• General admin
• Entry level marketing
• Entry level accountancy
The successful candidate should have:
• A high level of numeracy
• Good attention to detail
• High level personal organisation
• Excel, PowerPoint, word, & Microsoft project skills
• Good team player
