As a funding Administrator you will be required to quickly and accurately check documentation against specific credit and product criteria as well as ensure prompt payment to vendors and manufacturers in line with service level agreements. This is a fun, yet fast paced role that requires attention to detail, a passion for delivering a first-class service and a can do attitude!
Work closing with all internal departments to resolve any client queries to process documents
To ensure a consistent first class service is provided to clients and internal colleagues alike
To process and arrange payments via telegraphic transfer
Liaison with vendors and the end user and manage expectation and deliver service excellence
To review documentation to ensure compliance against industry regulations, legal requirements and internal standards

£18,500 + £2,000 Annual Bonus + Overtime
Monday to Friday between 8am – 6pm (37.5 hours per week)
8am – 4.30pm
9am – 5.30pm
9.30 – 6pm
