OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR /RECEPTIONIST
Industrial Cooling Equipment Ltd are an established Refrigeration and Air conditioning company and are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work for 37.5 hours a week in our busy office based in Runcorn for an immediate start.
Mondays 8:30 until 17:00
Tuesdays 8.30 until 17.00
Wednesday 8.30 until 17.00
Thursday 8:30 until 17:00
Friday 8:30 until 14:30.
1/2 hour for lunch
We require someone who can work on their own initiative but also within a team.
The ideal candidate should have an excellent telephone manner and be computer literate and competent with Excel, Word and Outlook.
Good communication skills are essential.
General duties would include:
To take incoming calls and deal with queries, enter data, perform day-to-day office tasks and present monthly reports to the Accountant and Director, to assist all members of staff as and when needed.
Dealing with telephone enquiries and take detailed messages
Meet & Greet clients - offer to prepare them a drink
Open and close office on some occasions
Data entry into QuickBooks, Excel databases and Word documents
Monthly and ad-hoc reporting
Monthly absorption of engineers working hours
Ordering supplies, parts and access equipment
Acquiring quotes for equipment/supplies as needed
Placing purchase orders
Sign for deliveries and open up roller shutters and gate to work shop
To perform any other tasks asked of you as and when needed
Other daily office duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing and filing
Salary Min Wage.
