Registered Nurses ( RGN / RMN ) are pivotal to our clients residents’ day-to-day enjoyment of a dignified and fulfilling life. Nursing at one of their care homes is dynamic and fast paced; no two days are the same. They've created environments within their care homes where you can take the initiative and lead using your excellent clinical skills and knowledge to deliver the highest standards of nursing and person centred care, whilst respecting residents’ independence and choice. Their Nurses ( RGN / RMN ) take responsibility for care planning, drug administration and consistently meeting their own high standards and those of their external regulators. Nurses also supervise the appraisal and development of their Senior Care Leads, Healthcare Assistants, student Nurses and other care staff. Respecting confidentiality, you will have regular, sensitive contact with residents’ families and friends as well as with other health professionals.
They're small enough to get to know you and care about your individual needs, yet large enough to offer excellent onward career opportunities within the group and they regularly promote from within.
Contracts are offered as 24, 36 or 42 hours per week (minimum) split over two or three days per week (12 hour shifts). The rota will include alternate weekends.
Please enquire if you require a certificate of sponsorship - (please note they will not accept applications requiring sponsorship via an agency).
