- Working alongside the Head of Communications to create and proactively implement both offline and online creative marketing strategies promoting all aspects of the business, liaising with all departments,the Digital Team and Graphic Designer.
·To liaise with the Head of Communications and micro- manage print and digital advertising requirements, including assessing advertising opportunities and booking adverts within marketing budget (with prior consultation and approval from the Head of Communications) and liaising with our Designer to ensure the adverts are supplied to required deadline.
·To co-ordinate with the Designer the list of design requirements.
·To co-ordinate the marketing of internal and external promotions (social events, special offers etc), develop innovative marketing ideas and research marketing opportunities.
·Assess photography and video requirements of the business and liaise with the Head of Communications on fulfilling this.
·Create photographic and video content plus ability to edit.
- To copy write and proof read all marketing materials.
·To liaise with the designer and suppliers to ensure delivery and production of various promotional literature and other collateral.
·Marketing and print audits
·To assist the Head of Communications with newsletter creation (internal and external)
·To manage the design of external events
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 years marketing and social media management experience, ideally this experience would have been gained in a leisure, hospitality of service led organisation.
