The Bonus earnings here are outstanding. Average bonus is £9,375 however the top Executives are achieving £25,000 plus– and bonus is uncapped so it is up to you and your expertise how much you can earn here.
To join this dynamic team you will have at least 2 years experience as a Litigation Fee Earner handling a volume case load and you will pride yourself of the quality of legal expertise you offer.

In the main you will handle mainly Fast Track Litigated Caseloads with some complex injuries and LVI Fraud and MIB.
Assuming conduct of RTA portal drop cases
Risk assessing cases for litigation
Investigation liability and assessing quantum of claim
Thorough investigation and risk assessment of new claims
Drafting and issuing of legal proceedings
Conduct of litigation to fast track trial
You will be familiar with the changes implemented post 01.04.13 and be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of CPR. You will be confident using MOJ portal and the pre-action protocol.
