A trainee recruitment consultant/ headhunter is responsible for the identification and acquisition on legal professionals. This is to work on their interim desk, thus you will be working with medium term contract roles. This creates a fast pace and dynamic workflow that needs someone who can manage projects effectively.
You will be mentored by and work for the divisions most experienced manager who you will assist in client and candidate meetings. You will feel comfortable with approaching people on social networking sites and calling (sometimes cold calling) them.
- Basic salary of c£22,000
- Year 1 - £35,000 | Year 2 - £60,000 | Year 3 - £80,000 expected with a very strong commission structure

- Graduated with a 2.1 or above from a Red Brick University (would consider a 2.2 applicant with a good cover letter)
- A*’s A’s and B’s at A Levels
- Strong gravitas and personality
