Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + Commission + Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing international team where export sales now consist of 80% of the company’s sales revenues. The International Sales Manager will proactively develop new business in multiple sectors covering UK, Europe, Middle East and North America.
You will be a graduate with either a technical or business degree with a track record in international sales in technical or manufacturing environment. Working with the Sales Director you will develop sales and marketing techniques to support existing and new customers and establish long-term business relationships.
Based from our client’s offices in Buckinghamshire, the International Sales Manager will have direct responsibility for developing new business, from initial background research of prospective customers, through to meeting, identifying opportunities and following through the sales cycle, providing consultative sales solutions in order to meet clients’ bespoke requirements. The role will require a considerable amount of travelling, therefore, the individual needs to be very flexible. Experience of providing technical solutions to end users and integrators would be extremely advantageous as well as selling solutions into Aviation, Aerospace, Defence, Broadcast or Oil & Gas companies. Comprehensive product training is provided, but you must have a tenacious and can do attitude and be prepared to work in a consultative and autonomous environment.
